NewsPosted Oct 15, 2026 NEW Substitute Player Policy
1. Eligibility of Substitutes
Teams may only use substitute players (“subs”) who are registered members of an SRML team in a lower division than the team requesting the sub. Substitute players from a higher division are not permitted.
2. Playoff Restrictions
Substitute players are not permitted during playoff games under any circumstances.
3. Usage Limit
A team may use the same substitute player a maximum of four (4) times during the regular season.
4. Notification of Opposing Team
The opposing team must be informed of any substitute players before the start of the game.
5. Maximum Number of Subs
A team may not use more than three (3) substitute players in a single game.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties as determined by the league.
No roster shall include any person on the roster of any university, college or high school basketball team during that same season of play, unless approval of
the Executive Committee is first obtained.
Posted Oct 11, 2026 Scheduling Complete for all Divs, except Masters, until Dec Break.
Scheduling was a challenge this year especially for C and D Div as those teams make up half of the league.
Team Captains, you will need to fill in your rosters NOW as the scoresheets will be printed down in preperation for the games Oct 18th.
If you need any schedule changes request them now or at least 10 days before your scheduled game so as not to forfeit any games.
